Position: On-Air + Digital Producer

We are seeking a dynamic individual for a hybrid role that combines on-air broadcasting and digital content creation. You will play a key role in executing our digital content strategy with a strong emphasis on social media and keeping up with digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Air Duties: Host on-air shows from Wednesday to Sunday, engaging with our audience and enhancing their experience.

• Digital Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy, focusing on social media engagement and content creation for our website, social media channels, email marketing, and SMS.

• Social Media Engagement: Produce engaging videos and content for social media, monitor feedback, and interact with our audience to maintain active engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to design content that reflects our brand's personality and connects with our audience.

• Community Involvement: Capture and produce video and photo content from community events for digital platforms and newsroom use.

Qualifications:

• Thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

• Proficient in social media platforms and aware of current digital trends.

• Skilled in video, photo editing, copy-writing.

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts to effectively reach a broad audience.

• Experience with WordPress and adept at navigating major social media platforms.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and naturally collaborative.
