Acadia Broadcasting is searching for our next multi-platform content producer, and that could be you! We used to just say radio announcers but the job is so much more. We are looking for authentic individuals who can bring their own personality, social media skills, and creative talents to the great city of Kenora.
Acadia Broadcasting is a growing media company with radio stations in Atlantic Canada and Northwestern Ontario. In each of our markets, our company focuses on being the community’s local voice for entertainment, news, and events.
Whether you are just starting out in your career as a broadcaster or have been behind the mic for years we want to hear from you. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Be a Swiss army knife willing to learn new skills to help with programming, promotions and creative
Daily lead an on-air show while contributing to our digital platforms
Work as an individual and team member in a collaborative environment
Lending your voice talent for commercials, and other station duties as assigned
Here’s what we are looking for:
You are witty, humble, and hungry
Experience with Wide Orbit, Adobe Audition, and Music Master are an asset but willing to train
Someone who loves getting out and connecting with the community, and who brings a positive energy, enthusiasm, and great attitude
Understand the importance of win-win in all interactions
Prefer to be coached versus managed
Valid driver’s licenseÂ
