We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join us as a Digital Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting full-time permanent position based out of our Kelowna office!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Create and manage targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as social media, Google Display Network, SEM, and YouTube (as applicable).
Develop and implement social media content strategy, manage community engagement, and monitor brand reputation.
Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for user experience.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
Maintain and update content calendars and SOPs.
Manage the scheduling and assignment of display ads across our MyTownNow websites.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, creative, and development, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Support the consistent adherence of brand guidelines and marketing law.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and recommend innovative strategies to enhance the organization's digital presence.
Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other digital marketing technologies.
Support for general digital sales projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in digital marketing, digital operations, or a related field.
Proficient in data entry with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing, and websites.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
Exceptional Canva skills are preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions with platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
Experience or interest in writing, marketing, or promotions is an asset.
Experience or interest in E-commerce platforms including Printify or Shopify is an asset.
Willingness to learn and adapt within the radio broadcasting and digital world.
Good communication & collaboration skills with the ability to work independently or within a team across our network of radio stations.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
