Bayshore Broadcasting is currently seeking a Full Time Creative Writer and Producer.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We have a rare opening for a Full Time Creative Writer and Producer that can work out of any of our 7 radio markets. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with high attention to detail. You have a way with words and a passion for creating great radio!

Responsibilities:

·      Provide exceptional customer service by proactively building and managing client relationships.

·      Strong organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Work effectively with all departments, including Sales, Production, Promotions, Programming, and Traffic.

·      Strong writing and production skills.

·      High attention to detail and very organized.

·      Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·      Proficient with radio traffic software and experience with data entry.

·      Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·      Ability to write and produce compelling radio commercials that people WANT to listen to.

·      Producing audio that stands out and makes an impact.

·      Processing supplied creative to make sure it gets to air on time.

·      Working together with Account Managers and clients to create great radio creative that gets results.

·      Minimum 1-3 years experience with a proven track record of achievement and increasing sales through your written and produced product.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      A team player with a willingness to grow and learn.

·      Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·      Must demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, motivation and confidence.
