Key Responsibilities:
· Be the in-market leader.
· Work with the local team to ensure we are reaching audience, revenue, and community goals.
· Be part of the MBC leadership team.
Qualifications and Skills:
· A passion for radio and the willingness to learn.
· The strength to follow systems.
· Active community involvement.
· A strong desire to win and grow within the company.
· Computer Skills a must.
· Proven success in leadership, community service, and customer relations.
